HOUSTON, Sep 17, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) announced today that the quarterly dividend on its 12 3/4% Senior Exchangeable Preferred Stock was paid on September 16, 2002 to holders of record on September 1, 2002. The dividend was paid in shares of the Preferred Stock at a rate of 31.875 shares per 1,000 shares. Fractional shares were paid in Preferred Stock.
